Booking Prices per week:

May 7th - June 2nd        £625
June  3rd - June 30th     £725
July  1st - Sept 30th        £925
Sept 30th - Dec 15th     £625

The change over day for the farmhouse is usually Saturday
(after 4.00pm) but there may be some flexibility around
this if no occupancy before or after the date required.

We require 25% deposit on booking with the final payment 8 weeks before arrival. There is a £100 refundable breakage or damage payment to be paid (cheque) with final payment.

All Prices include water, electricity and fresh linen & towels including 4 Bath Robes and 4 pool towels for the duration of your stay. We also provide a welcome pack on your arrival which will include bottled water, wine, bread, cheese and the essentials you may need. We can provide a travel cot or additional children's single bed if required.
